Overview
The Norfolk State University Residential Complex was a new on-campus housing facility constructed to expand student living capacity and enhance campus life. The multi-story residence hall provided modern student rooms, shared amenities, and community spaces designed to support engagement and academic success. Integrated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems supported comfort, efficiency, and long-term operational performance.
