Overview
Virginia Beach Town Center I is a landmark mixed-use development that helped establish a new urban core for the City of Virginia Beach. The project includes an office tower (215,000 SF), retail space (90,000 SF), hotel (130,000 SF) and parking (500,000 SF) designed to create a walkable, high-density environment that supports business, dining, and community activity. As one of the first phases of Town Center, the development set the foundation for future growth and redevelopment in the area.
