Overview
Larchmont Elementary School was a new educational facility developed for Norfolk Public Schools as part of the City’s Public-Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act (PPEA) initiative to replace aging school facilities with modern learning environments. The project provided contemporary classrooms, collaborative learning spaces, and shared student areas designed to support elementary education and community engagement. Integrated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems supported energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and long-term operational performance.
