Overview
Princess Anne Middle School was a new, state-of-the-art educational facility developed to replace the existing school and serve the growing Virginia Beach community. The project provided modern classrooms, collaborative learning environments, athletic spaces, and community areas designed to support contemporary educational programs. Integrated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems supported energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and long-term operational performance.
