PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • The facility houses a dance and gymnastics studio, a teen recreation center, café, after-school center, and several multi-purpose rooms for various classes and programs

  • The community center also includes a multi-use gymnasium that can accommodate indoor sports as well as community meetings and special events

  • The HVAC system features variable air volume heat-recovery air handling units, served by an air-cooled chiller and high efficiency gas boilers.  Fan-powered terminal boxes deliver conditioned air to the spaces.
