Overview
Falling Creek Middle School was a new, state-of-the-art educational facility developed to serve one of the fastest-growing areas in Chesterfield County. Designed as one of the largest middle schools in Central Virginia, the project provided modern classrooms, collaborative learning spaces, and shared community areas to support a growing student population. Integrated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems supported energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and long-term operational performance.
