Overview
The University of Richmond Jeter Hall Renovation reconfigured an existing 107-bed traditional dormitory into an 83-bed, semi-suite style residence hall. The project modernized student living spaces while upgrading critical building systems to support comfort, safety, and long-term performance. The renovation achieved LEED Silver certification (New Construction v2009) and was awarded in March 2016.
