Overview

Cosby High School was a new educational facility developed for Chesterfield County Public Schools to serve the rapidly growing Midlothian community. The school was designed to accommodate approximately 2,000 students and included modern classrooms, collaborative learning environments, and shared academic and student spaces supporting comprehensive high school programming. Integrated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems supported energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and long-term operational performance.
