Overview
The Swift Creek Middle School HVAC Replacement project involved a comprehensive modernization of the building’s mechanical systems to improve performance, efficiency, and reliability. The project included replacement of major HVAC equipment, upgrades to pumping systems, and modifications to the building automation system to support new infrastructure. Construction was completed over two consecutive summer phases to maintain school operations.
