PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
High-performance HVAC design — implemented a new closed-circuit cooling system and pre-manufactured pump house supplying condenser water to horizontal concealed water-source heat pumps. Rooftop water-source heat pump units serve the theater/stage, and rooftop air-cooled heat pump dedicated outdoor air system (DOAS) units with energy-recovery wheels provide outdoor air and improved efficiency.
Includes a modern 300-seat performance theater and flexible gathering areas designed to support performances, social engagement, and community programming.
Collaborative design & community focus — project realized through close coordination amongst the team to meet the vision of inclusive, purposeful environments that foster connection and enrich everyday life for residents.
