PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
Replacement of the existing HVAC system with a high-efficiency geothermal water source heat pump system, including a newly designed geothermal well field and hydronic distribution network to improve energy performance and occupant comfort.
Installation of vertical classroom unit ventilator water source heat pumps with energy recovery, hot gas reheat for humidity control, and integration with a new Tridium automatic temperature controls system.
Renovation of the administration wing with an air-cooled VRF system and decoupled dedicated outdoor air system (DOAS), along with electrical infrastructure upgrades to support the new HVAC systems.
Careful phasing, Revit-based modeling, and comprehensive construction administration and commissioning to coordinate complex system replacements while maintaining ongoing building operations.
